Explanation :-Let the Present age of Sunil = x years

Therefore,  According to Question,
x + 15 = 5 (x – 5)
4x = 40
x = 10

2. Sandeep’s age after six years will be three-seventh of his father’s age. Ten years ago the ratio of their ages was 1 : 5. What is Sandeep’s father’s age at present?

Explanation :-

Let Sandeep’s age 10 years ago = x years & His father’s age 10 years ago = 5x years
After 6 years, Sandeep’s age = (x + 10 +6) = x +16  & His father’s age = 5x+ 10 +6 = 5x + 16
According to Question , 16 = (3/7)(516)

3. In the first 10 overs of a cricket game, the run rate was only 3.2. What should be the run rate in the remaining 40 overs to reach the target of 282 runs?

Explanation :-

In the first 10 overs  Runs = 10 × 3.2 = 32
Total runs = 282
Remaining runs to be scored = 282 – 32 = 250
Remaining overs = 40
